on another note

As a Teacher, I think it's great to get involved in the Student's Lives and to have Fun with them and think on their Level. I am fresh out of Highschool, so I KNOW how Highschoolers think. Many Teachers that I've had called me a Cheater many Tymes because I was too advanced for the Classes I was taking. I'm not bragging or saying I'm smarter than my Peers, I think the Education System in America is very flawed. Students are not put in Classes based on their intellegence but based on their Lastname most of the Tyme?!?!?! HOW RETARDED IS THAT?!?! Just because my Lastname is Robinson does NOT mean that I think on the same Level as every other Robinson at my School! I always hated when Teachers asked me "Where is your Work?"
"I did it in my Head..."
"You need to show your Work."
This trains my Brain to know that I will always be doing Things visually and to not try so hard to do it in my Head. What if I am stricken blind one Day? If I am trained to always write Mathematics on Paper and not "do it in my Head", I would be really out of Luck.
I think, when Teachers like their Job and get to know the Students on a personal Level, you can easily know which Students are lying and which Students are telling the Truth. I have Students over at my Flat ALL the Tyme. Students come and eat Lunch and Dinner with me. Students play Basketball with me. Students play Badminton with me. Students tell me their Problems. Students LIVE around me. They don't dread seeing my ugly Face in Class because the only Thing I am to them is a Homework giving, Paper grading, judgemental Robot! That's how I saw many of my Teachers throughout my School Life. I think Students should be given a fair Chance. If a Teacher sees a Student is struggling, they should help them out more and not WAIT for them to ask for Help. They are shy and they are not going to ask for Help. If you talk to them and help them, and boost their Confidence, next Tyme, they will ask you for Help. If you see that a Student has finished their Work, or even finished Work that is yet to come but pre-assigned, you should challenge them more. They are very smart, put their Mind to Work and build what they have. THEY ARE YOUR FUTURE!
I'm not saying give up your Life for your Students. I mean, I have a Life outside of my Students, but when I have made great Friends with so many of them, many of them ARE my Life right now. But don't drag yourself into Work because you don't want to be there. If you don't want to be there, get a different Job. And the Teachers who punish the entire Class for one Student or a small Group screwing up, you should be punished! Now that I'm a Teacher, I see how frustrating it can be at Tymes, and I've thought about this Route as well. But when I look at the innocent Students and see People, not Drones, I cannot punish them for something they had nothing to do with. That's the easy Way out. If you are not speaking, let the Students listen to Music or something. It can help them relax and forget about what the other Students around them may be doing and allow them to focus on THEIR Work. It's not bothering you. I can understand if they are listening to Music when you are trying to Teach, now that's frustrating.

OK, NOW THE STUDENTS! If you are still a Student and you read this, listen to your Teachers when they are talking. Now that I'm a Teacher, I realise how frustrating it is trying to talk over Students talking when there are some in the Class who are trying to absorb the Lesson. It really is rude and disrespectful. It also makes me feel like I have no Point in being there teaching if nobody is going to listen. It's like I'm standing there wasting my Tyme. In one of my Classes I feel like I could just trail off into blah blah blahs and nobody would notice at all. The stern, hands-crossed, glaring Stance really does work though, haha. If your Teacher gives you some Freedom, don't run with it. Don't take Advantage of them. They are trying to be nice to you because they remember what it's like being a Student and they see you as People.
